More Than Just a Pool

Anthony & Sylvan didn't just build a pool at the Project House, they created a total back yard environment complete with a natural stone waterfall, a "beach-style" pool entry, a spa that will seat a dozen people, a gorgeous deck area that looks just like natural limestone, and a stunning set of Austin stone steps that lead from the elevated porch level to the pool area.

The surface of the Project House pool is a pebble-style waterproof finish that perfectly complements the innovative beach entry.

The spa is fed with six water jets, and there are twelve places where fresh water flows into the pool over the natural boulder waterfall feature.

The pool has a multi-color variable lighting system, easily controlled from an easy-to-navigate control panel located inside the house.

We chose Anthony & Sylvan for the Project House pool in part because they have built more in-ground concrete pools than any other company in the U.S.A., and because they are a solid, publicly traded company (NASDAQ symbol: SWIM) that has installed more than 350,000 pools over the past 50 years. Anthony & Sylvan builds pools in 31 metropolitan markets in 16 states.
